Risk and Strategic Management

EditorialAbstract
In this issue, we explore systematic approaches to enhancing productivity, understanding human behavior, or securing technology to address specific challenges in modern industry.
- Environmental and Biological Optimization: In the aquaculture sector, researchers investigate strategic nutrient management by using tilapia and catfish wastewater to optimize the growth of Spirulina platensis. This approach mitigates environmental waste discharge while maximizing the production of high-value biomass, protein, and chlorophyll.
- Behavioral Risk in Finance: Financial research identifies how demographic variables like education and income levels influence investor behavior and risk perception. By understanding these factors, the study provides a strategic framework for financial advisors to mitigate irrational decision-making and improve investment outcomes.
- Human-Centric AI Innovation: Project ABLE focuses on optimizing human-computer interaction by developing an "intelligent responsive engine" inspired by beauty and love. This initiative aims to mitigate the emotional disconnect found in conventional AI models like ChatGPT, creating a more supportive and personalized user experience.
- Cybersecurity Resilience and Forensics: Multiple articles address the mitigation of digital threats through behavioral analysis and technical frameworks. One study evaluates how employee behavior—ranging from naive to risk-inclined—mediates the effectiveness of cybersecurity in SMEs. Another proposes a systematic forensic process flowchart to standardize investigations in Industrial IoT (IIoT) environments.
- Integrated Malware Defense: Finally, the analysis of email malware promotes a multi-layered defensive strategy that integrates software-side detection with network-side prevention. This synergy between different layers of security is essential for mitigating the risks posed by increasingly complex and obfuscated malware families
